About

I enjoy working with teams to develop effective, elegant products, driven by data and with the user in mind.

Ashley May

I have a keen interest in all things visual, typographic and interactive, and a compulsion to tackle problem-solving projects for businesses.

I'm currently working as a Designer at ORM London, a digital agency practicing the application of data, content, design and technology to create best-in-class customer experiences. Previous projects have include leading the design direction with Childline, crafting effective multichannel campaigns with the NSPCC, delivering branding creative for BFI, and a whole host of other creative projects, many of them with not-for-profit businesses.

When I'm not day-jobbing, I enjoy creating posters for DIY gigs and promoters, self-publishing short-run books and zines on design, photography and typography from the small press in my shed, and undertaking selected freelance projects.

I was always impressed by his ability to take complex data and information and transform it into something engaging and understandable, and by his attention to detail when it came to designing interactions and bringing brands to life.
